What time and attendance software do you supply?
Jarrison Time. We are an accredited Jarrison Time reseller in South Africa: we supply the software, configure it around how your business actually runs, and support it directly.
Which readers do you support?
We primarily support HIK, Sagem and ZKTeco readers, covering tag, fingerprint and face recognition. We are a primary seller of HIK face readers, including the DS-K1T342MWX-E1, DS-K1T343MWX and DS-K1T341CMFW.
Can the system export to my payroll?
Yes. Jarrison Time has a customisable export that connects straight into your payroll system, which removes manual capture and the errors that come with it.
Do I need an internet connection for the readers to work?
No. Most of our installations run entirely on-site with no cloud connection, so your data stays on your premises. If you do want remote access, the DS-K1T341CMFW adds a cloud option.
How long has Control Concepts been trading?
Since 2000. Founder Greg Brink has worked in time management systems since 1996, and we still serve a number of the customers who signed up in our first year.
Do you install and support the system, or only supply it?
Both. We handle supply, installation and ongoing support, so there is one team accountable for the whole system rather than a supplier and an installer pointing at each other.
