The scope
What a Jarrison Time installation includes
The licence is the same wherever it comes from. Everything below is the part that differs between resellers, and it is the part that decides whether the system gets used.
| Software licence | Jarrison Time supplied and registered to your business, with upgrades and extra modules handled through us as an accredited reseller. |
|---|---|
| Configuration | Shifts, overtime, night shift, breaks, public holidays and leave built around your working arrangements before anyone clocks in. |
| Clocking hardware | HIK face readers as standard, with Sagem and ZKTeco supported. Readers you already own are assessed before anything is replaced. |
| Installation | Readers mounted, wired and commissioned on site, and your staff enrolled onto the system. |
| Payroll export | The export set up against your payroll package, so hours arrive without being re-captured by hand. |
| Support | Support direct from the people who built your configuration. Many of our clients have been with us since 2000. |
How it runs
From first call to first pay run
-
A conversation
How many people clock in, across how many sites, and whether the readers go indoors or out. Ten minutes on the phone answers most of it.
-
A quote per site
Licence, readers and installation priced for your site rather than off a list. You see what each part costs.
-
Configuration first
Your shift, leave and overtime rules are built and checked before go-live. This is the work that decides whether the numbers get trusted.
-
Install and enrol
Readers go in, staff are enrolled, and the payroll export is connected and tested against a real pay period.
-
Handover, then support
Whoever runs it is shown how, and after that support comes from the same team rather than a ticket queue.
Already running Jarrison Time?
We take over existing installations, including ones set up by another reseller. The configuration and the licensing get reviewed first, then you get a straight answer on what needs changing - before anything is quoted.
Questions
Jarrison Time, answered
Are you a Jarrison Time reseller?
Yes. Control Concepts is an accredited Jarrison Time reseller in South Africa. We supply the software, configure it, install the readers it runs on, and support the installation afterwards.
Do you supply Jarrison Time anywhere in South Africa?
Yes - we work with employers across SA. Configuration and day-to-day support are done remotely, and installation is arranged on site.
What does Jarrison Time cost?
Pricing depends on the number of employees, the modules you need and how many readers are involved, so we quote per site rather than publishing a list price. Tell us your headcount and how many clocking points you have and we will come back with a figure.
Can you take over an existing Jarrison Time installation?
Yes. We take over existing installations, including ones set up by another reseller. We review the current configuration and licensing first, then tell you what needs changing before quoting anything.
Which readers does Jarrison Time work with?
We primarily supply HIK face recognition readers, and also support Sagem and ZKTeco tag, fingerprint and face units. Existing readers are assessed before anything is replaced.
Does Jarrison Time export to payroll?
Yes. The export is customisable and connects straight into your payroll system, which removes the manual capture between attendance and pay - and the errors that come with it.
Do we need an internet connection for it to work?
No. Most installations run entirely on-site with no cloud connection, so your data stays on your premises. Where remote access is wanted, we have a cloud-capable reader for it.
